Alternator not charging

hello again i'm working on a 1981 911 sc a customer brought in he told us he put the positive wire on the negative terminal on the battery and vice versa

Now I was thinking maybe he fried the voltage regulator on it because we started the car and seen the battery light on so I check the charging system and it was putting out 11.3v and when we changed the regulator it jumped up to 13.5v

Now I was thinking could he have fried some diodes on the alternator or what not. So I took the alternator back out the car to do a bench test and I measured it with a multi meter and got 0v

So I decided to take apart the alternator some more and now my question is. How is this suppose to look is everything good do you guys see something burnt desoldered or out of place

if you need more pictures or better looking pictures more please let me know so I could post it up thanks again appreciate it
