Question: Installing Carrera rear seats in my '74 - Bracket?
 

I'm installing rear seats from an '86 into my '74. I'm wondering about the center bracket that the red pins fit into to lock the seats in place. I think I have the right part number 91192256160 but the PET Catalog does not have a very good picture.

Does anyone have a good close up photo of this bracket?
Does this bracket bolt in or is it a welded in part?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

The part number for the bracket might be 911.501.041.01. It's welded in.

I don't know if I will ever be able to find that part but I may be able to make something work. I'm just happy to have beautiful new seats and they can use the snapping straps for now.

Looks like it has been superseded and the superseded part is still available. Probably cheaper to cut one out of a wrecked car...
