Sorry for the poor pic...I wanted to keep your thread afloat though. My car used to be a carbon copy of yours - except for mine is a coupe and yours a targa
Mine does not look like that anymore - outside, or inside. I just spent two hours scraping out the tar "floor mats" on the inside. 19lbs of heavy, prehistoric, sound deadening technology. So you can imagine where I am at in the process, on my way to a mostly track, but legal street car. I hope to shoot a bunch of pics once the transformation is complete...

81 SC 91,000 miles. The clear coat is starting to peel off a few areas but otherwise looks pretty good.

Burgundy outside, Black inside
This is for acapella8 (TOM)...
My 84 is Garnet Red (Burgundy) with black interior. Kids were an aftermarket feature but couldn't remove them for the picture!

It's still 1/2 burgundy. You guys have me rethinking changing the color during restoration/modification.
