86 inserts into a 72 strut
Does anyone know if 86 shock inserts (Boge) will fit into a 72. These are from an 86 Carrera.

the boge insert, 86-89 is #91134191306. the earlier ones are #91134191303. as i recall, the difference is in the bottom 1/2 of the insert. some were the same size all the way down, and some were smaller diameter (stepped).
