CIS Banjo filter screens
 
In a '76 CIS distributor's outlet ports there are small red filter screens. Are new replacement screens available? I can't find them listed anywhere.

Is it a big deal if they are totally left out? Some went missing from my car, and if a new set can't be found I will just leave them out.
