Looks like he just registered.
1) Ask to talk on the phone. Make sure phone area code matches location. Google the phone number for any scam reportings. 2) Ask him to take a specific photo. Like an index card taped to the jackpoints that say "PCA7GGR" If he doesn't do both, then probably a scammer.

Confirmed - "carguestparts"/Jeffery Family Auto Home is a scammer. Just sent me a copy of his Tennessee commercial drivers license.
His command of of the English language and approach is that of a 10 yr old. No offense to all the real Volunteers out there.
