What is the best way to disable the enrichment devices on Zenith carbs ? I've seen different answers on different posts .

I did it last winter following this excellent thread (post #17):
Zenith Rebuild - My First Carby Project

A great Zenith website with mention of the enrichment removal on page three:

Zenith 40 TIN Carburettor Manual

After cleaning, removal of the enrichment circuits and tuning with a Colortune, my Zeniths are amazing - my 1970 911T is a blast!
