Hood emblem position
Could some nice person measure and tell here the distance from -74-89 hood for the hood emblem, thanks

On my 1987 Carrera
The base of the emblem (where it comes to a point) is 8cm from the base of the hood. The centre point on the emblem I will take as the point where the small triangle inside the emblem (a horse is inside the triangle)meets a north/south line at the lower part of the triangle. This measures 41.5cm from either side (left and right) of the bonnet. The bonnet being 83cm wide on mine. Hope this helps. Mark |
