Looks like a euro option "fog tail light" to me. Please weigh in if I'm wrong...On 911 models, mounted much lower, not in the body...

From one of the "shiny" catalogs - "This is the chrome fog light with red lens that Porsche mounts on the rear of the European 930 turbos." $89.95 + $24.95 for the bracket.

Bosch has it for about 30$, with chrome shell. They probably won't have the right bracket if it's something special.
