Tire: anyone know Sentury?

Lately, I usually use Kumho and Sumitomo. These are on the cheap side, but still safety. I recently see America tire has Sentury UHP at the same price range. Hope it is not one of those "china made" tires that people talk about. Anyone know anything about this Sentury can comment?
Thanks

Chinese tire importers disappointed in U.S. duties decision
http://www.rubbernews.com/article/20141126/NEWS/141129962
Quote:
Miami-based Sentury Tire, a subsidiary of Qingdao Sentury Tire Co. Ltd., said the decision “hasn’t dampened Sentury’s…commitment to its U.S. distributors and dealers” and that it is “committed to delivering high quality tires at an affordable price” despite the duties, according to Director of Sales Maxwell Wee.

Wee noted that Sentury is moving to an expanded warehouse and office complex in Miami in January and will be unveiling new programs and products to support its Delinte and Landsail brands.

Having spent 20 years selling tires from '78 - '98, I've never seen the point in buying cheap tires. The good ones will still last most of us several years - many of us will replace them due to age, not wear. So the difference per year in a set of $300 tires compared to a a set of $600 tires is not that big a deal, really. Buy the ones you'd really like to have, not the ones that are cheap but OK.

Thanks Arne,
My existing set of tires were destroyed after couple thousand miles. I am in the process of repairing the vibration one by one component, I afraid new tires will be bad too.

perhaps you should invest in a proper alignment first

I have done several things from shocks to suspension, alignment, bearing, fix wheels, tie rod end, etc. Now new tires to rule it out.
