Beats me...seriously
Horse traded some parts and ended up with this. I have zero idea what this is or where it came from. Looks to be attached to some sort of a damper? May not even be from a Porsche...hell it could be from backhoe for all I know.

It looks like a motor mount that has been cut off with a charcoal vapor cannister attached, but from what vehicle?
See if you can find a country of origin stamp on any part to start with (but it's probably not worth much if that matters).... |

That's a blinker fluid reservoir. You guys didn't recognize it as the pictures are upside down. It appears to have the optional pressure relief valve to keep the tail light lenses from cracking when barometric pressure drops or you are driving at higher altitudes.
