Scalextric slot cars at Allied Models
With the recent talk of slot cars, I just thought I'd tell the LA Pelicans I was at Allied Models today on Sepulveda - Culver City. Aside from all sorts of model trains (their specialty) they have a nice supply of Scalextric slot cars and sets. I really wanted one, but hey, that's up to Santa (we all know whoshe is...

All this talk got me to buying a slot car set! Just wanted to give two thumbs up to the place I bought the set from "Rad Trax". I got the LeMans set that comes with two Mercedes cars to which I will add an extensive Porsche collection to in the future. Rad's prices are very competitive and get this, he ships priority mail for free if over $50.00!!!!! I live in Missouri, ordered from Rad in Nevada on Friday and the set showed up in the mail today!
