need a black drivers side door pocket--what years will work on my 83 ??
looking for a black drivers side door pocket for my 83 911 but am unclear what years will work. ive seen 74-89, and 89-94, as well as 74-94. if anyone can help clear this up for me it would be greatly appreciated !!

The doors on a 911 are all the same from 74-97 so any of those year pockets will bolt in. For your 83, you would want to find one from 74-89 as they were the same. The later years were slightly different.
Do you need the pocket lid or the storage portion?

The issue is going to be matching the carpet, if you want to use one as-is. I'd say that you should stick to the SC years and maybe the Carrera 3.2 years.
