Thanks in advance fellow SC lovers!

I don't have a picture, but the best thing to do is measure from side to side and place the badge in the middle. Then, measure from the bottom of the trunk to the bottom of the tail. Put the badge about 1 inch lower than the middle point of the two. That looks pretty nice.

It's not a great picture of the badge, too much shadow, but I hope it helps.

I just measure it ... the badge is centered from side to side on the lid and positioned parallel with the bottom edge of the lid. From the bottom lip of the rear lid to the bottom edge of the badge (that's the "SC" portion of the badge) it's 2.5 inches.

Hope this helps,

Here's a shot of the back end of mine. It's not too good a pic after resizing.

Porsche Crest

These should be okay... looks like the badge is centered.

Here is our 79 targa with an aftermarket tail. Sorry its a dark fuzzy photo. We put the 911SC emblem on ourselves with 3M tape, using other pics as examples. What we found were different pictures seemed to have the emblem on at different heights. Go with what you think looks best on your car. Hey its an SC, you can't make it look bad.
