Ducktail Grill Fitment
Hello All,
I recently installed an EB Motorsport fibreglass ducktail. My polished 5 bar grill is from Rennspeed. The ends of the grill rest approx. 0.5-1.0" above the curvature of the ducktail. Has anyone had to modify their grill to better fit the curvature of the ducktail? Has anyone had great success with a polished grill out of the box? If so, please let me know the vendor. I like the look of the Rennspeed product but it doesn't appear to properly follow the curvature of the ducktail. Thanks for your help. |

I had to trim my plastic (SC) grill to fit the ducktail I put on. Not sure what make tail it is. Bought it used and there's no makings on it. Had to round the corners a little.

Not all ducktail molds are the same.
My stock plastic grill was too large for the opening.
