Oh no....

Got cut off... And Bang!

Question is: How does the insurance company fix a one off car?

You are going to need to find a shop that is willing to do the job and let them deal w insurance.

At the end it's going to be all about what insurance you purchased.

Just north of Chalotte. Birkdake.
The lady was turning left. I had a green going straight. I tried to avoid her but she turned right into me.

Do you have any idea where/if you can still get pieces for that kit? It is molded in together with the lower rocker panel and it will not come apart and be put back together without a lot of fiberglass work. Now is your chance to put it back to 'normal'.

No idea where to get the pieces. I thought about tearing it apart and making a 911rs or r or...
But the body kit was well done. Pictures don't do it justice, like most project cars it needed the final 10% and it would have been really cool. Some love the car, some not, we all have our opinions. At least it starts and stops like a Porsche. Wish it stopped 5 feet sooner today.
I guess I'll wait till I hear from the insurance company. The last thing I'd want is for it to be a total write off. But the body is now cracked down both sides. Up by the windshield. And back by the quarter Windows. The whole body kinda shifted back. Passenger door is stiff.
Worst part is that this is the time of year I want to be driving it. Not hot. Not cold. Cruising on the Vespa isn't as much fun..

Doesn't look that bad. Find someone who knows glass-work well.. maybe even a Corvette shop.

Doesn't look too bad I agree. I'm worried about all the cracks in the fiberglass all over the body.

hard to tell the area in the picture but those might be seams where those pieces may be bonded together.
