Turn signals, Hazards, and Dash turn indicators not working
 

I've got a 1983 911SC and I left work the other day and I signaled to leave the garage and I didn't hear the clicking nor did I see the corresponding indicator light in the dash.

I'm finally done with a long stretch of 12hr night shifts and I want to get this resolved plus I've got a set of Spoke's front LED turn signals coming.

I am going to head to local auto parts store and get some bulbs to see if that is it but I am thinking it is further upstream as I've got no hazards or dash indicators working either. I am thinking I will need to order some turn signal relays as well. Any other recommendations?

I did search the forum and found a post and left my Mac open to it but can't seem to locate it now. It gave a somewhat troubleshooting guide for inoperative turn signals.
