Anyone ever repaired broken 964 spoiler grille wall?

I have one that is broken along a crease and wondered if there is a durable and sightly approach to repairing it myself? Was thinking about something along the lines of sewing it together tightly with a thick black thread or fishing line, but haven't looked at it close enough to know if that is possible. I saw that someone had used gorilla tape, but I'm guessing that solution wouldn't last long...
Thanks,
Christian

I replaced mine with a new one, not difficult and not expensive +- 5 years ago. Don't know about recent pricing ... It wouldn't bother with trying to fix it.

when I hit a dear a few years ago I had the body guy fix it. it is still holding however the other side developed a similar crack 4 months after the first one was fixed. I am in no hurry to have the car back in the body shop to fix it.

This is for a 993, maybe there are some similarities between the mechanisms?

Thanks guys. Yeah, looking at it, it just seems really flimsy to begin with. Ultimately I was wondering if there was a way to repair this thing that would actually make it more durable than new.
No big deal really, was just wondering if it had been tried.
Thanks again,
Christian

Repaired mine years ago with...wait for it.....high quality black duct tape. Believe it was Gorilla Tape.
Looks fantastic still and if it were to fail, another few strips of tape will take care of it.
