Weber IDT 40 on a 1971 2.2 911T

As my Zeniths has to be bored out in the bearings to work properly, I'm thinking of replacing them temporarily with a pair of Weber IDT 40's.

But I'm curious if a pair of 1968 IDT's will work "out-of-the-box" on my 1971 2.2 911T, or if I have to change the jets, venturies or other parts?

They should be fine if they are stock.
