Aero mirrors will cover the holes from the flag mirrors. They also use the same anchoring system, just a different shaped foot.

When you say aero mirrors, are you referring to 993 mirrors? Or is the aero a different model?

I know this is kind of an old thread but....

Anyone know who makes these? Maybe a one off?

if you have power mirrors are these mirrors generally compatible with the power controllers or do you just go to a manual adjustment of the mirror?

Where does one acquire Singer mirrors without buy a Singer car?

Ed, I'm not sure on the Singer mirrors. I believe they actually go through the glass on the fixed vent window. BUT, stuttgart_classica.com makes an ubercool (imho) set of sideview mirrors that go in the channel on the fixed vent window frame. They're very Singer-Esque. I ordered a set for our '86 Targa hot rod (pictured in this thread) and am replacing the single flag mirror with a set of these. I'll post pics when installed.

I will shortly have a very nice (very rare rectangle) pair of Talbots ready for sale. These are in perfect condition. I bought them in Germany.

I have decided to go in a different direction.

Let me know if you are interested. I will have better pictures shortly.

mirrors

I used to have those 935 mirrors made. Sold them back in the 90's.
Jeff Zwart 964 Pikes Peak 911 had my mirrors.
These are mine on my 914.
