I Ran into Magness this weekend......

....and you know what? He seems like a really nice guy. I know we have all gone back and forth on him over the years, but you know what? Maybe we were a bit hard on the old boy. He was very soft spoken and approachable.

That's it. No worship. Just the realization that maybe folks are different in real life.

That being said, I refuse to call old 59 "iconic", LOL.

Those bow and arrow movies are so below her skill set. Money talks, good for her.

I would take Magnus. She may have bow skills but I bet she would crash your car faster than a 911 on cold slicks on a Minnesota fall morning.

Isn't "Magness" a newly developed, hybrid super-metal that's rumored to be part of Porsche's return to aircooled engines?

And Bob, stop fantasizing about my woman, bro!!! You too, Mr. Faapgar - put yer drill back in YOUR tool box!!!

If you where the truck, you have nothing to fear. It is obvious from the video footage that Magness ran into you at the entrance of the dealership. Not the other way around.

I must admit that I found your parking skills sub-optimal. But I have a limited experience when it comes to parking trucks. Parking Porsches on the other hand, thats second nature.

What I don't understand is this:

Magnus shows up on the scene, shares a cool car collection with us pelicanites, answers a few questions, then later launches a movie and as a result gets extremely busy and does not drop by here anymore, and for the next two years people get all bent out of shape because he is "ignoring" them?

To those people:
Nobody even knows that you exist!
Why are you offended for being ignored?
My wife and a million other people must also be ignoring you.
What a way to go through life.

Meanwhile it seams that magnus goes out of his way to make time to share his passion with people he encounters, and they all have positive comments about the experience.

Strange that...
