Maybe later 80's from my eye solely based not the lack of numbers in the temp gauge? Not much help I know. What are the numbers on the backs?

Should be a date stamp on the back of them.

yes, you can use them. You will have to custom wire the speedometer. It is either a 964, or 993 gauge, but will work. The 964, 993 gauges actually have wiring pigtails, instead of spade connectors.
