Porsche Indie in Louisville? Any suggestions?

Trying to find one of dem-dere honest and knowledgeable Porsche mechanics in the Louisville, KY, area.

Anyone have a name, and preferably some experience with one (or more) here?

Need some work on a 2002 996 and 1987 3.2.

Thanks.

For the 87, I would drive it up to Farmer Automotive in Indianapolis area. Bob is top notch, honest and will tell it how it is. He only does air-cooled though. He's worked on all my 911s.

I'll second Stuttgart Specialist. You can take your air-cooled and your water pumper to them.

THANKS!
Funny, I put an ad on the L'ville Craigslist asking this same question, and I got quite a few similar recommendations to Stuttgart.

BBT,
Thanks. It's a bit of a drive up there, and worse if I have to tow the car. But, I sure would like someone who ONLY does air-cooled, as the limited perspective IMPLIES that they really really know the car -- as opposed to having to know the whole spectrum of Porsches.

I'll keep Farmer's in mind.

Yup, and they're not the only Euro shop in Louisville either, but seem to have the best reputation.
