Beverley Hills Car Club alternatives

Dear fellow Pelicans, I seek your advice.

Having had so much interest in my car thread on there called "Scoundrel, not Outlaw", I was in LA last years whilst in transit back to the UK.

I met a chap called Oliver there and we had a chat about some of the cars they have and the process of shipping them back to the UK. I am going back next Saturday after visiting my Dad and will talk more seriously with them about the possibility of importing cars over to the UK.

The reason I liked BHCC, is that they have a great selection, much of which is what i want, ie, bad paint and minor dings are irrelevant as it would be straightened and resprayed anyway. The interior equally is irrelevant as they will all be gutted and retrimmed.

What I do what are cars without rust, and are running, or simply easy to get running, and over 40 years old.

Assuming the size of the US, can anyone recommend other places like BHCC, and ideally on the East Coast, as I am sure that might be an easier route...

Thoughts?

What about gullwing motorcars in NY? Not sure how big their inventory is though.

Wait a minute, you're taking Porches OUT of the USA........you can't do that, that will mean fewer cars for us!

I believe this kind of biological warfare was outlawed by the Geneva Convention.
