Oops. I considered that route with front suspension components, but quickly reconsidered.

Garage
At least the floor is clean......greasy footprints from the garage to the dishwasher would have been a BAD thing......

Welcome to the sickness

I thought I was the only one who really used the dishwasher for cleaning parts. Only diff is I don't have any one to whine about it. And thats GOOOOOOOOOD !!

Uhhh, this is a monumentally bad idea. Why? There are a few reasons:

- Any stuff or crap that may be on your parts has now ended up in your dishwasher. Some stuff is potentially toxic - not something that I want mixed in with my dishes.

- Dishwasher detergent is not necessarily good for parts.

This is why I have a separate parts dishwasher that I used to clean parts. Once used for car stuff, I consider it contaminated, and would never use it again for food stuff.

Just my own opinion.

dishes??????

You have dishes at home??? I thought they only had those at restaurants. If you had them at home wouldn't you have to do all the other things like cooking and cleaning them and filing them when not in use ?? Wayne your such a jokester............. Now if you'll excuse me I have to get my floor mats out of the dryer.....
