How do I tell which calipers I have?

Hi there,
The title says it all. I have an 82 SC that needs pad and rotors. Ive never done brakes on my 911 and apparently there are A and M calipers? How I can I tell what I have? I did a search but didn't fine what I was looking for. Thanks for your help.

Photos of the fluid inlet would be more telling. However I suspect that you have A on the front and M on the rear.

Stock SC's had "A" calipers in the front and "M" calipers in the rear.

"A" calipers can be identified by the spacing between the mounting bolts - should be 3.5"
"M" calipers can be identified by the spacing between the mounting bolts - should be 3"

Carrera's had A & M calipers too but had a larger spacer between the caliper halves to accommodate a wider rotor. Those are referred to as "Wide A" and "Wide M".
