930 Steering Rack use on 911
 

My 911 rack is bad. I have a good 930 rack I got some time ago that I can put on. I would like to know if anyone out there has ever installed a tighter 930 steering rack onto their 911? Are their dwawbacks or annoying characteristics as a result? Would the fact that the 930 rear swing arms/suspension being different from the 911 rear suspension cause negative handling dynamics if a 930 rack was to be installed.

Any comments or thoughts welcomed

I put a 930 rack in my SC. I didn't notice much difference in the turns lock to lock. The rack went in no problem.

Just thought I'd ask because the old one is out and I was eye ballin the 930 rack that has been sitting under my work bench area now for some time. Heck, quess I'll put it in if you put it that way, .. thanks
