Ideas Please

Hello all ,

So a nice lady decide to merge into the space my 84 911 was occupying yesterday on my drive to work....I now own a "modified" 84 911. Good news is there is no "real" damage. Just offside fender, bumper, headlight ring.
Its now going though insurance as it looks like the other party was not insured (Got to love those people).

I was thinking of replacing the bumpers with narrow body IROC rear and SCRS Front bumpers, Duck and rocker delete. I was staying away from bodywork as the paint and body were A1.

Now the Q to all you fine people. What should I do with her now? Now the fender needs paint to I take the option to go wider (930 front fears all round)? Long hood? Pictures will help. For all the people out there who cringe at another car moving away from stock...I'm sorry but she's my car, I have no plan of selling her and I don't feel like I am destroying something unique, its a Carrera after all not the 909 or a 911R.

Thanks in advance and safe driving!

Lots of people. There is no repercussion for breaking these types of "oppressive" laws any more.

James, glad your damage to your Pride & Joy was only minor.

I have been tapped in the rear bumper while driving my VW Jetta three times; in all the incidents the other driver did not have insurance and did not speak english:-(

Good news is nobody was injured and the damage to my car was just a scratch.

Well first off so far we have not established that she does not have insurance. But she did not have the card in the car and she could not recall the name of her insurance company so......

As for what happens, My insurance co said they would use the details they have of her to track her down and take her to small clams court so I guess something does happen to these people.

Mean time the P Car sits.
