PHX: Who to trust for detailing?

OK, yeah, I'm a slacker but I've got an acre of horse pasture to manage, a dog, 4 cats, and the wife and I are both full-time (over time!) engineers.

So. Who would you trust in the Valley to detail your P-car? Specifically, who would you trust in the East Valley to detail your P-car?

TIA!

I do my own vehicles except the Windstar, a.k.a. DeathStar. That's a company vehicle and it goes to any one of the big places around town. They do pretty good but would never take my P-car to them.

There's a place on Lindsay and McKellips that I heard does well. They are similar in that they run the vehicle through the auto wash but they also offer a more complete service as well. They hand wash/wax, all that jazz. I've seen some nice cars there but of course, I would stay and watch them.

This is a good question. As I said, the van goes to anyone but if I wanted a car DETAILED, hmm. I would have to do more lookin'.

Did you get Joe's email about tools, etc?

Blue,

This is a tuff one to answer, I guess your looking for anyone that has had there car detailed and are happy. If I wanted mine detailed I probably would make a phone call to the Scottsdale Porsche dealer and get there recommendation. I am sure the service manager would be more than happy to give you a quality referal. Its better than taking a chance of having some bring out there sears buffer and screw up the paint...
Good Luck..

p.s. Are we riding in late Jan or Feb?
