refinishing a 12 row brass oil cooler

Has anyone done so?

The shop that I had sonic blast it actually painted the sucker without me asking for them to do so >_<...

Thinking of stripping the paint and doing something else with it.

Look forward to ideas

why would you ceramic coat a brass cooler, have the paint soda blasted off
