Need information about dimensions

I am 3D guy and working for hobby to make precise model of original 911 long wheelbase.
I need blueprint and according the advises that I read on forum I found blueprint in workshop manual, but I have problem about one thing.
On the blueprint there some arches and I suppose that are the wheels but the measurements between the centers of the arches is 2200 mm, but the wheelbase on 911 is 2272 mm or 2268 mm, can you help me to identify what is this dimension and where to put the centers of the wheels.
And the other problem is the height about the height of the body, only the body not from the ground, from the lowest point to the highest of the bodyhttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1463252763.png

Yes, they are wheels. The manual gives dimensions of the 1964 model of the 911. It was lengthened for the 1969 model (the 2272 dimension sounds right) and again later. "Later" means several wheelbase stretches since 1969, right up to the 2016 models.

The original manual, vols 1-2, cover 1964-1971. Vols 3-6 cover 1972-1983. Multiple later editions of the manual cover 1984 and beyond.

But on the picture it says is about for models from 70 and on, I also found workshop for 930 Turbo and also there is the same drawing with same dimension, 2200 mm

Sounds like the manual writers are a step slower than the folks who put the cars on the street.

Yes it looks like that and Porsche in further manuals didn't correct.
Are all 911 from 65 to 89 are same in front, except different bumpers, doors and roofline ?

To my knowledge, yes, they are the same up front thru 1989. I'm sure there were variations, in the details, but dimensionally they are so close that you would never see the difference.

The visible difference from 1968 to 1969 is in the horizontal distance from the rear trailing arm centerline, rearward to the front edge of the rear wheelwell. They stretched the trailing arm and moved the wheelwell in the sheetmetal. I'm not sure, but I suspect they did not stretch the sheetmetal above the wheelwell.

For model purposes, 1964-1968 would be the same, 1969-1973 the same but stretched wheelbase, and 1973-1989 the same externally with the impact bumpers.
