I'm just installed willing 939 flares on my sc and have ordered 18x9.5 +11 and 18x12 -20 . I did tonnes of research with no definitive answer and ended up measuring up myself. Wheels haven't turned up yet but I'm 100% confident they should just fit. The rear may need a 5mm slip on spacer to clear a trailing arm bolt

Thanks! - I hear ya on the " no definitive answer " part - I can find LOTS of people getting the wheels but lacking the correct info!

Install of the rear fenders can be different from car to car so take any answer with a grain of salt. I would also say decide on your desired tire size first and make they are available. that wide of a rear might be difficult to find pending on the size of your front. Also decide how you'll be using the car, those are wide and heavy for the rear and generally aren't worth it in a SC, you'll have a hard time getting heat in them with 180 hp. With that said here are the specs on mine with some pictures.
- Fronts are 17x9 et+8 with 245/40 tires - Rears are 17x11 et-19 with 12mm spacers (basically et-31) with 275/40 tires For the same fitment in your size you'd want 17x9.5 et14 and 17x12 et-18. Rears with spacer. It's pretty close to the fender lip: ![]() Fronts (rears without spacer): ![]()

thanks Scott! - after looking at tire availability for a 12" wheel - 11" seems more affordable in the long run in conjunction with what you've stated above.
do you know if its possible to run the rears without spacers? |

If you want 17x11 in the rears with a 275 tire a 17x11 et-31 will work without a spacer.
Again that works on MY car, you'll probably be fine but i cannot guarantee that.

No problem. Not trying to scare you with my disclaimers. I purposely got a lower offset on mine to add spacers in so I could tweak it exactly how I wanted without having to pay for a new pair of wheels to be made. et-19 with a 12mm spacer worked out well. The last wheels I had were et-33 after a 25mm spacer.
A lot of this is trial and error....cheaper to change spacers than wheels.

This is now going to be the best thread out there for proper specs. 2 people with proper offset and width measurements. I've gone with a 315/30/18 for the rear and a 235/40/18 for front. Both should pull a slight stretch. Yeah these wheels and tyres are probably "too big" but I'm going for wank factor + performance.

This will definitely be a good addition since I couldn't for the life of me find some solid numbers.
Scott - did you go for 245/275 for a stretched look? |

Not really. I don't remember exacts but I didn't want too much of a difference between front are rear tire width wise. I was looking for 285 or 295 but pairing those with a front tire basically pushed me into R comp tires. The next step up was a 315, couldn't imagine pairing that with even a 255. I know people run that but it seems so unbalanced to me. Plus again, a whopping 180 hp!
If I did this over again I may have gone with a 10 inch wide rear. Looks wise though I love that dish!

Just to update. 18x12 -20 with 315/30 advan v103 tyres fit. Just. Oil line clearance on inner rear Fender is close. I believe this is as big as you can fit without relocating oil lines and I've cut the inner lip off the guards
