Cant find small unimpressive part
 
Those little plastic inserts that allow you to attach a front license plate. They fit into the rectangular holes and act as "anchors".

For my 80 Weissach ;). Thx

my FLAPS had the square plastic anchors to receive the screws. I think under GM section as I recall.

I believe you are looking for 999-591-354-02. Pelican has them $2 each.
