Help ID these Wheel Spacers

Pretty sure these are factory magnesium wheel spacers.
Only marking is a ink stamp, believe it says "RSL P 3"
Does anyone have any info or know what they came on?
Thanks for the help.

A wheel adapter would adapt one style of bolt pattern to a different style. There are not enough holes to facilitate that, nor is there a way to bolt the wheel on to it.
