Black or Blue Wevo motor mounts?

Hello fellows

I'm looking to replace my motor mounts and I'm leaning towards wevo's

Blues too stiff for a dual purpose street 3.2 ? It's just a weekend car plus occasional track day car.

Any update feedback from folks who have done the wevo swap would be appreciated

Warm regards PF

Stiffer mounts translate engine vibration to the body. Your choice of ride comfort.

hey guys, are these based on actual experiences with the wevo mounts?

ive driven a few racecars with solid mounts. i have pretty good idea its what u dont want for a street car.

I have the blacks. Been running them over a year now. Great addition, made the car feel more structurally stiff when cornering on the street. Not too stiff at all.

I have the softer blacks in the engine mounts to reduce engine noise, and harder blues in the tranny mounts to reduce shifter movement.
Seems to work fine on my street car.
I used to have the sport mounts. No real complaints with them... they were just getting old and I thought I'd give the Wevo's a shot.

I'm running Wevo Black for all four mounts on a street car, and I don't notice much difference in vibration from the previous sport mounts.

right now im leaning towards blue but the thought has crossed my mind of mixing them for-aft .

im assuming the whole drivetrain movement would pivot on the output flange axles under load. i was kinda debating, extra weight of the engine would warrant stiffer blues while the lighter gearbox end would have the softer blacks the opposite of your set up.

perhaps your logic is the correct one?

i appreciate all of the responses here so far. Anyone else mixing hard/softs or have recommendations from wevo themselves the preferred way to mix em before i place an order?

Blacks are plenty stiff. Unless you're running slicks and trying to cut 10th's off of your lap times, just go with blacks. I have em, and they're a big difference over rubber.
