Need help to understand the color code
Hi Guys,
I found lots of information about color codes thet were used over the years, but there is one thing I'm still having trouble to decode. e.g. 97-6809-G What is the "97" reffering to? Any help would be appreciated :) |
The prefix on these codes is a paint type or line. In this case, 97, it is known that it refers to a high temperature baking process.

Thank you so much! :) Finally some answers. Do you know about any other prefixes that were used? Just interested, I mainly came across 97.
