electric fan question

hi. i need help. i was thinking about adding a electric fan for my a/c condenser on a 79 porsche 911 sc. which fan to install a push are a pull. im a little confused. thank you very much for the reply.

You want to install a puller fan to the bottom side of deck condenser - pusher fan wouldn't work as it would be going against the pull of the engine fan (the engine fan being much stronger, of course).

You can take power for it from the positive lug on the starter - wire from starter hooked to a fused, 12v relay . . . wire from relay to fan power lead . . . use the compressor power feed to trigger the relay (splice into the compressor power wire and run a wire from that point to the appropriate post on the relay).
