Front ER Polybronze Bushings - Gap at Crossmember

Doing some annual maintenance and I noticed both of my front polybronze bushings seem to have backed out of the crossmember mounts.

I haven't been under the car in a while - can't recall if they installed this way or are supposed to be pushed in flush with the control arm.

Not sure if I can just loosen the pinch bolt and knock it back into the crossmember or what.
