WUR: Difference between 77 and 78

Two Questions:

1. what are the differences between the two, can they be swapped for each other.

2. when making them adjustable, does it matter which one you use.

I have both, I want to swap the 78 for my 77, I noticed the 77's vacuum works, while the 78 is stuck hard. The 78 works, idles high, then backs down, but I don't know what the vacuum is for, but when I take it apart, I know that is vacumm on teh 78 doesn't work. Therefore, I was going to use the 77 version, to see if it made a difference it cold driving sputtering.

thanks!! and HO HO HO

One thing you could do is look up the specs and compare them. The other thing you could do is to install it and then see if it runs better.
