Alternative Period Correct Options
My 1975 S has had a number of radios installed in it over the years, ranging from a cheap Radio Shack unit to a (circa 2002) Blaupunkt GPS CD/CD Changer unit.
I wanted to have a more period correct unit but didn’t want to spend hundreds on the OEM Porsche Unit. I found for a reasonable price an OEM Mercedes radio from the 70s/80s which matches the interior AND also inexpensively provides the capability for Bluetooth/AUX in capability.
