Labelmanagerr 280, although I think they have several that would work. The thing I like is that it can be plugged into a computer, and you can type the labels with a nice real keyboard, and use all of the built in computer fonts, so you can get stuff like 2 clear lines of text on 1/4 inch wide labels. There are printable shrink wrap labels, but I was unhappy with the quality of them. Basic glossy printed labels under clear heat shrink work great, last forever, and will be readable in 20 years.

Now that you are 8 months out from completion, do you have any other further thoughts on your process? Also, do you have an idea of how much your build cost (in terms of materials, that is)?
