Resistor on cutoff switch

I am transferring the cutoff-switch wiring from one car to another. It was on the 71 but since restoration the Pegasus 6-terminal cutoff switch has been sitting in a box.

I went to reuse that switch in Gretchen, and the resistor connection broke. It is a pair of solid wires into a ceramic resistor. I need to replace the resistor, the lead is broken off at the base.

I have another spare pegasus switch to scavenge the resistor but I want to keep that a complete set.

I need some other things off Digi-key so no worries, except the labelling is inconsistent between resistors. The old one is labelled 3R3 10%. The new one is labelled 3.3k 11W.

To my knowledge, it is 3.3 OHM and 10-11W. Digikey has familiar-looking ones labelled 3.3 Ohm 11w for reasonable prices ($1.) They do have 3.3K OHM 10w but they look very different and are quite different price and unavailable anyway.

I would greatly apreciate if soneone could confirm the stats needed on a cutoff switch resistor?

Thanks!

3.3 ohm, 11 watt

If you have any radio shacks left near you, (3)10 Ohm 10w resisters in parallel will work.
