Can early rocker trim be used on impact bumper cars?
I've been thinking of ditching the rocker molding on my SC and was wondering if the earlier rocker trim would fit and use the same holes in the body. Probably a long shot but I figured I'd ask.

doubt the holes are the same, but in theory if you find a set with the contours for an RS flared car, they are pretty darn similar to an SC flared car like yours.
If you use a set of standard, flat/narrow sided car, you will find they are just a little too short, but it works out ok.

Faux bumper trim made of vinyl could be your answer...
