Coffee & Cars with Pelican is back! (Saturday, Aug 13th)
 Come out and meet your fellow enthusiasts! Heads up, Southern California... our next Coffee & Cars event is happening Saturday, August 13th in Palos Verdes! We must admit, the popularity of these events have surprised even us: our last Coffee & Cars in April featured over 500 beautiful cars from all across the Southland. Quick Coffee & Cars update: Our Mercedes 190 SL will be making its public debut this Saturday! We’ve put in a lot of work on it since acquiring it last summer: 356 Speedster style windscreen, wire wheels a’la 300SL, a custom canvas convertible top boot cover and more. We think it’s ready to show it to the world, and you’ll be the first to see it at the Promenade!

Another great Pelican gathering today--thanks! A suggestion to increase member awareness of these events is to post Stickies earlier. I've been to all 4 events this past year, so I have been actively looking for ads/mention of this gathering on this Pelican site. These forums and "Events" section would be a great place to get the word out early. Anyway, just a suggestion. Thanks again for sponsoring the event
