And with LSD it's
Kendall 80W-90 GL-5 Gear Oil With Limited-Slip?
I'm not sure if I have an lsd or not is it a better idea just to use lsd fluid?

Jack rear of car, spin wheels to see if its a lsd, but you want the right oil for the right tranny.

You want the LSD version ONLY if you want your LSD to not work as well. In other words, the LSD version cause the LSD to slip more rather than less.

There's no LSD in a stock '73, right?

I just got Kendall 80w90 Hypoid for my '73 and I'm hoping it's not the wrong thing.

PS - Of the places I searched, Pelican had the best price.

You can look at the numbers on your transmission. The early cars LSD was usually an option if I remember. I used the non-lsd kendall in my 75 which was not a LSD transmission.
