I have had several VW things, this Porsche looks more like a high end VW country Buggy.

 That is even more spartan then my 73 181 model. If that's possible. I enjoy driving mine with its 1.8, probably similar in power to the engine in that Porsche powered one. It is great on a cruise in the mountains in Fall...gets a lot of thumbs up and waves.
