Strong raw fuel smell 73 t

Hi guys I have a strong smell of raw fuel in the cockpit but I'm sure it's blowing through from the trunk/area . I have attached a photo of what I think is the problem . The vent pipes is floating loose in the trunk . I have a new fuel pump fitted so it's not that . Let me know your thoughts guys
