Whale tail ID

This came with my 72 targa and will be replaced with the correct lid. The tail looks to be an aftermarket turbo tail, although the rubber may be original and is in good shape.
The large grille is OEM, but the smaller grill is fake. What is this a fiberglass repro of ?
