I want to revalve my Bilsteins but dont wanna wait.

I just recently installed 21/28 torsions on my 81SC and wanted to send my bilsteins out for a revalve to match. then I read a few threads on how long it takes to get them back from bilstein.

who else can perform this service in a decent amount of time??

thanks!!

Give Elephant Racing a call.

Does Elephant do revalving work, or just get preference in Bilstein's queue?

Elephant does their own re-valving work in house. They valved-matched mine to my 21/28 torsion bars and did them on a digressive curve. I'm VERY happy with the results.

They did mine last year. I'm on the east coast and they're on the west, so it was 3-day shipping out and back. I think their turnaround time is 2 or 3 days as I recall -- maybe even less.

Best of all their prices are the same (pretty sure even less) as new Bilsteins. Plus you get the advantage of having them valve-matched to your setup and they can do a digressive curve. Pretty much a no-brainer.

tirwen beat me to it. I bought a set of Bilstiens through them and they revalved for my torsion bars. It was less than a week from order to shipment.

Can they rebuild shocks?

That's essentially what re-valving is, yes.

They re-valved my Bilsteins to 22/30 TBs, couldn't be happier. If I remember they turned them around in about 4 days. In addition to re-valving, if your shocks/struts are older they can replace stock bits that have worn out, wipers, rubber bushings etc.

OK, then Elephant gets my business next time I need to revalve!
