Ambient Temp Gauge Probe Location?
My 66 has the optional ambient temp gauge and the cable with probe is currently laying in the trunk. Does anyone know where this should mount? I am guessing in the left front wheel well area.

I put mine in front of the left wheel well in behind the bumper where its shielded from direct wind etc. (1975 IB car).

Thanks J-Mac, I am hoping someone might have a factory diagram or a 65/66 car that had one factory installed. Trying to return everything to factory spec before an upcoming concours.
